Governor Rick Perry discusses the pragmatic issues surrounding illegal immigration in Texas, in particular the issue of high school children brought to Texas as infants illegally, but then graduating from high school and wanting to go to college.

Governor Perry also outlines why he believes smart Hispanic citizens are becoming Republicans.
