Requests to expunge #’s: 100-214, 102-316, 104-223, 109-050, 111-029. Discussion with staff to review the FCLB Sanctions Matrix. Discussion with staff to review procedures for resolving open enforcement actions. The Committee may meet from time to time in Executive Session with respect to the above items as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Government Code.
